This athletic young that exercises regularly wanted a very conservative breast augmentation. She wanted a B cup because she still wanted to look natural. She underwent a breast augmentation with smooth round silicone gel implants placed in the subglandular (over the muscle) position. We used an inframammary incision and a Keller Funnel to place the implants. Because they are on top of the muscle, she should not have motion (animation) deformity when she exercises.
