This athletic mother of two wanted breast augmentation. She felt like her breast were "deflated" after breast feeding her children. She wanted a C cup but still wanted to look natural. She underwent a breast augmentation with 250cc smooth round silicone gel implants placed in the subglandular (over the muscle) position. We used an axillary incision and a Keller Funnel to place the implants. Because they are on top of the muscle, she should not have motion (animation) deformity when she exercises.
